We're looking for a curious, organized, and proactive intern who is eager to learn the ins and outs of public relations, integrated marketing, and social media. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, contribute to client work, and learn directly from a team that values creativity, initiative, and collaboration.

This position is fully remote, with occasional opportunities for in-person collaboration for candidates based in New York City or the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities

  • Is currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, business, or a related field

  • Is 21 years of age or older, given the nature of our wine, spirits, and hospitality client work

What You'll Do

As part of the team, you'll gain exposure to a variety of client-facing and agency operations responsibilities, including:

  • Monitoring media coverage and compiling client news roundups

  • Researching media contacts, influencers, industry trends, and market opportunities

  • Assisting with social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement

  • Supporting influencer outreach and campaign execution

  • Building media lists and research documents

  • Participating in client meetings and capturing detailed notes

  • Drafting media-facing materials and communications that contribute to your professional portfolio

  • Supporting event planning, coordination, and execution

  • Assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks

  • Researching prospective clients and business development opportunities

  • Developing an understanding of how media, influencers, and online communities shape modern brand visibility
