A natural connector with an innate sense of curiosity cultivated through her daily life and her extensive travel and work abroad, Alison brings her clients over a dozen years of strategic PR/marketing experience coupled with business acumen acquired through her International MBA. She is committed to building long-lasting client partnerships and collaborating to implement the best strategic and creative work for the brands, people, and products in which she deeply believes.

Ashton McLeod is an experience seeker with a passion for connecting people to new places and lifestyle opportunities. A Florida native, Ashton earned her B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida, College of Journalism. There, she cemented her love for storytelling and the hospitality industry through involvement in Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach and New York City Wine & Food Festival. Having previously directed integrated marketing programs for restaurant and hotel clients, Ashton brings strategic expertise and passion to The James Collective. In her spare time, Ashton also serves on the New York Cares Rising Leaders Council as the Marketing + Social Media Chair. She is committed to aligning herself with brands, products and people to tell their unique stories across multiple platforms.

Kim Elwell is a Napa Valley native with a passion for food and wine that runs deep in her blood. After years of working in hospitality, Kim designed a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business at San Francisco State University and led Digital Marketing for Bob Weir's (Grateful Dead) recording studio in Marin, California. She's consulted for a number of food, wine, hospitality and celebrity clients throughout the Bay Area and beyond. As a brand builder and storyteller, Kim is committed to connecting brands with their audience in an innovative, thoughtful and strategic way. In 2014, Kim and her husband, Tyler, launched a boutique wine label, Halcyon Wines.
